Our mirrored collection of tableware is crafted by celebrated Cotswolds-based artisan Sean Phelan, who became a gilder's apprentice in 1996 restoring 17th to 20th century mirrors and then acquired his own studio. Phelan handpicks each mirror and then gilds by hand, a process that involves applying gold leaf and burnishing to achieve that satisfyingly opulent lustre.
