Sip your favourite blend from this chunky vintage teapot that's probably the exact set your Italian granny had at her table in the Tuscan sun. This large lidded teapot has been hand painted with a satisfyingly clumsy tomato illustration, glazed with a lustrous finish and stamped with the Gallo cockerel on the base.
Villeroy and Boch were founded by iron master Francois Boch and his three sons in 1748. This particular collection is estimated to have been made between 1960-1969 in Italy.
Please note, there is a couple of chips on the handle. It's noticeable when using the teapot however doesn't detract from the look of the piece.
