Care: Shake outdoors regularly, and vacuum occasionally with a plain suction vacuum cleaner. Small spills can be sponged off with a damp cloth but do not rub, brush or massage wool products while they are damp or wet as this can damage the overall finish. Air dry on a line or lay flat and avoid direct sunlight. For a more thorough clean we recommend dry clean, do not bleach, tumble dry or iron.

We ship to the UK and the US (standard only). We use an automated shipping calculator based on weight and location.

Standard Delivery: from £4.95 (3-5 working days for the UK, delivery to the US will take longer)

Premium Delivery (UK ONLY): £14.95 (5-7 working days)

Furniture & Oversized Items Delivery (UK ONLY): £35 (5-7 working days)

International Delivery: We are pleased to offer standard delivery to the US. Please note we have suspended European delivery for the foreseeable.

We mail out orders two days a week: Tuesdays and Fridays. We aim to have your order out the door the same day wherever possible but our default days are the above.

RETURNS

We have a 14 day returns policy. Unless the item is damaged or faulty the customer is responsible for the return postage. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for further information.
