For some larger items we are currently only able to offer local pick up or delivery – these will be indicated at the checkout where only this option is available.

Standard Delivery services:

We offer a various Royal Mail delivery services for UK mainland addresses based on weight and size of items and total orders – this is calculated at the checkout when you are placing your order. Once dispatched deliveries should be with you within 3 working days (Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays & public holidays are not classed as working days).

Free postage – items with maximum weight of 100g and will fit into standard size envelope (higher value or fragile items e.g jewelry cannot be offered with free postage as they need additional packaging, tracking and/or insurance) – 4 or more free postage items will be classed as lightweight

Lightweight – £2.95 – Max length: 35.3cm Max width: 25cm Max thickness: 2.5cm Max weight: 750g – 4 or more lightweight items will be classed as standard

Standard – £4.95 – Max length: 46cm Max width: 46cm Max depth: 46cm Max weight: 10kg – 20 or more standard items will be classed as heavy

Heavy items – £9.95 -Max length: 61cm Max width: 46cm Max depth: 46cm Max weight: 20kg

Fragile – £4.95 -Max length: 46cm Max width: 46cm Max depth: 46cm Max weight: 20kg – breakable items that require extra protection – 4 or more fragile items will be classed as heavy to allow for a larger box to ensure items are protected in transit

Bulk items are charged at £14.95 and are delivered via Parcelforce – Max length: 150cm Max weight: 30kg The combined length + girth must be no more than 300cm

Free collection from store

Orders can be collected from our store on Broad Street in Bath, if local pickup is selected at checkout when placing your order. Or alternatively call us on 01225 428 857 to place an order for pick up with payment on collection.

Collections can take place between Wednesday and Saturday, 10am – 5.30pm.

Orders can only be stored for 7 days – after this point we will try to get in touch and if we are unable to arrange a pick up date we will assume the order is no longer required and a full refund will be issued.

For large items that are pick up only some customers may wish to arrange courier to pick up and deliver – please ensure the pick up date and time is arranged at least 48 hours in advance – Always Sunday can take no responsibility for the item once it in with the courier, and it is the couriers responsibility to provide any extra blankets/bubble wrap etc (in addition to our standard packaging) to protect the item. We advise customers who wish to do this to purchase insurance through the courier and to check deliveries over thoroughly when received and report any issues or damages directly to the courier.

International deliveries

We are able to offer delivery quotes on international deliveries; these must be confirmed before any orders are placed and payment taken. Please contact us on 01225 428 857 or sales@alwayssunday.store to enquire about this service.

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments.

Please note for large orders, delivery cost will be weight and size dependent, so we do reserve the right to contact you regarding an increase in the price and to take additional payment if required. If you are placing a large order, please email us with all the items you would like to purchase with your delivery address, and we will send you a shipping quote.
