Once cut from the rack, these candles are non returnable and non-refundable.
Candles are self extinguishing, flame will die out 2-3 centimetres from the bottom.
To keep your candle in the best condition we recommend using a candle extinguisher to put out flame. This will ensure the flame is completely out, avoid smoke and help keep the wick intact.
Keeping the wick short will ensure it burns in the best possible way.

General Safety
Always burn candles out of the reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Store candles in a cool, dark and dry place.
When extinguishing your candle, try to use a snuffer. This prevents any wax splattering and is safer for yourself.
